Here, we present an Executive Development Programme for BDDs, focusing on the identification and empowerment of key roles in the UK market. The UK job market is seeing an increasing demand for a variety of roles within the technology and product development sectors. To cater to these demands, our Executive Development Programme focuses on six primary roles: Product Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Technical Lead, UX Designer, and QA Engineer. Product Managers take centre stage in our programme, accounting for 25% of the focus. They drive the vision, roadmap, and success of a product, collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders. Scrum Masters and Business Analysts follow closely with 20% and 18% emphasis, respectively. Scrum Masters facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient Agile development process. Business Analysts bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, gathering and analysing requirements to develop effective solutions.
